Transforming Challenges into Opportunities
The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) is a broad initiative that helps communities in various ways. It supports education and job skills through Case Management, provides immediate help for housing issues with the General Emergency Assistance Program (GEAP), enhances nutrition through the Nutrition Assistance Program, and empowers and provides work experience for youth aged 15-19 through the Youth Leadership Program (YLP). CSBG is all about making a positive impact on individuals and families facing economic challenges in our community.

Carolina Community Actions, Inc. (CCA) was officially incorporated on August 2, 1965, serving Chester, Fairfield, Lancaster, and York counties.
